At Cutting Edge Yacht Rentals, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. To make sure everyone has a great (and safe) time out on the water, we kindly ask all guests to follow these simple guidelines:

🛟 Safety First

• A U.S. Coast Guard-certified captain and crew will be onboard at all times.

• Life jackets are available for all guests and must be worn if instructed by the crew.

• Please listen to the safety briefing at the beginning of your cruise—it’s quick and important!

🧍‍♂️ Guest Conduct

• No diving or jumping off the yacht while the vessel is moving.

• Be respectful of other guests, crew, and the boat—this is a shared experience.

• Alcohol is allowed, but excessive intoxication will not be tolerated for safety reasons.

• No illegal substances permitted onboard.

🧒 Children

• Children are welcome! Anyone under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times while on deck.

• Please supervise children throughout the cruise.

🧴 What to Bring

• Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and swimwear (if you’re planning to take a dip).

• Towels and a light jacket—it can get breezy!

🚫 Prohibited Items

• Glass containers (we provide cups for your drinks).

• Red wine (it can stain surfaces)

⛴️ Weather & Rescheduling

• We sail rain or shine, but in cases of unsafe weather (like storms or high winds), your trip will be rescheduled or refunded.

• We’ll always keep you informed ahead of time if any changes are needed.

Rental Policies – Cutting Edge Yacht Rentals

At Cutting Edge Yacht Rentals, we want every cruise to be smooth sailing. To help ensure that, please review our rental policies before booking:

📆 Booking & Payment

• A $500 deposit is required to secure your date and time.

• The remaining balance is due upon arrival on the day of the rental.

• Payment can be made via cash, card, or certified check.

• All bookings require a 4-hour minimum cruise, Except for the 2 hour sunset cruise

🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before your scheduled cruise will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of your cruise will forfeit the deposit.

• If weather conditions are unsafe, your trip will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

👤 Guest Requirements

• We must receive a headcount of guests 18+ and those under 18 before your trip.

• All guests must sign a liability waiver before boarding.

• Children under 13 are required to wear life jackets while on deck.

🍹 What’s Included

• Captain and First Mate/Bartender

• Fuel

• Adult beverages, soda, water, and juices

• Access to all onboard amenities

⚠️ Damage & Conduct

• You are responsible for any damage caused by your party.

• No aggressive, reckless, or illegal behavior is permitted.

• If any guest becomes excessively intoxicated, the cruise may be cut short at the captain’s discretion without refund.

🕒 Late Arrival

• Cruises start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will shorten your cruise time.

• If you’re more than 30 minutes late without contact, your reservation may be forfeited.
